A law banning TikTok in the United States is scheduled to take effect on Sunday , unless the Supreme Court rules otherwise.
During oral arguments on Jan. 10 , TikTok lawyer Noel Francisco told justices, “On Jan. 19, as I understand it, we shut down.”
