Escondido Art Association Announces Collaborayion With Love Esco And Singing The Blues Theme For February

ESCONDIDO, CA January, 2025 –Escondido Art Association (EAA), announces their collaboration with LoveEsco and the exhibition theme for the month of February is “Singing the Blues.” February has become the time when LoveEsco focuses their efforts on helping Escondido citizens through a number of projects from feeding the hungry to starting community gardens and this year, also collaborating with EAA for this month’s exhibition. Like LoveEsco, EAA’s mission is to be of service to the community so the collaboration is a natural fit. EAA will participate in LoveEsco’s Kick-off event on 2/1 at Grape Day Park and EAA members will also participate in a number of activities throughout the month.

Art for this exhibition will be accepted for take-in on Saturday, February 1 from 11am-4pm, at the EAA Gallery. With LoveEsco as collaborator, artists are encouraged to showcase the theme in unexpected ways that feature the color blue in creative ways. As we celebrate Escondido, the judge for this exhibition, Lydia Martin, will have an opportunity to evaluate art from a number of perspectives.
