UPDATE: the Lower Susquehanna Valley and Western Poconos in Pennsylvania (including Franklin, Fulton, Cumberland, and Adams Counties) have been added to a new Winter Storm Watch from the NWS in State College, PA. Sunday’s watch runs from 7am to 9pm, and calls for heavy snow and accumulation between 4″-6″ possible.
Temperatures are likely to fall through the 20s late in the day.
IMPORTANTLY, the NWS says that “a small variation in storm track could result in significant changes in expected snowfall amounts”…
