NORFOLK, Va. — A crash caused a power outage early Friday morning in the Ocean View section of Norfolk, a Dominion Energy spokesperson said.
Shortly after 8 a.m., Norfolk police responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 1500 block of E. Ocean View Avenue. Authorities said no one was injured.
About 1,300 customers were without power. Dominion Energy officials restored power for most residents around 8:40 a.m. As of 10:30, there are about 20 customers still without power.
