MACON, Ga. — According to court filings earlier this week, the man charged in the vehicular homicide of a three-year-old was sentenced to a year of probation.
John Battle Jr. pleaded guilty to misdemeanor homicide by vehicle in the 2nd degree for the death of Royal Rhodes.
