NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle crash caused delays at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) early Friday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the east left shoulder and left lane are closed on I-64 near Willoughby Bay Bridge due to a vehicle crash.
