School board may name interim superintendent after Feagins vote

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Shelby County School Board is expected to vote on whether to fire Superintendent Dr. Marie Feagins next week.

Now some county commissioners are calling for town hall meetings to slow down the termination process, even as the board is allegedly lining up an interim superintendent.
