2 men arrested in $50k retail theft spree targeting REI, Lululemon

SEATTLE — Two men have been arrested in connection with a series of merchandise thefts totaling more than $50,000 from retail stores, including multiple REI locations and a Lululemon store, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD).

The SPD has been looking for the suspects since 185 pairs of leggings and pants were stolen on Jan. 11-12 from the Lululemon store at the Alderwood Mall.

Over those two days, the Lynnwood Police Department (LPD) said $20,000 worth of merchandise was stolen. Seattle police said the LPD reached out to the department after the thefts…
