CORNELIUS, N.C. – Disturbing details about a local 18-year-old accused in a child sexual abuse materials case. Brett Kimbrell is charged with 10 counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. New warrants reveal that investigators say they found 10 images of children as young as 4 being sexually abused.
