KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man previously convicted of manslaughter has now been charged with murder in connection to a July shooting.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Friday, Jan. 17, indicate that Howard T. Patton, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection to a fatal July shooting.
A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that around 4:25 a.m. on July 19, law enforcement officials were called to an area of Prospect Ave. with reports of gunshots.
