Clearwater Aquarium Furloughs Staff Amid Financal Crisis from Storm Damage

CLEARWATER, Fla. — Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) announced the temporary furlough of several positions due to financial challenges stemming from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Starting Monday, January 20, CMA will temporarily furlough several positions for a period of two to three months. Additionally, the leadership team will experience salary reductions beginning on the same date.
