CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Authorities are responding to a reported “hostage situation” outside the Ohio State Highway Patrol post in Pickaway County Saturday afternoon.
An OSHP sergeant told 10TV that there was an incident in the parking lot of the post on U.S. Route 23 in Ashville. The sergeant did not release any additional information on what was happening but confirmed that the incident was contained.
