Texas Cops Now Say Murder Suspect Used Kayak To Flee

San Antonio, Texas authorities were requested to perform a welfare check on behalf of the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office just a couple days before Christmas because the ID of a man was found in possession of a woman attempting to flee deputies at Port O’Connor just moments after she set a truck on fire.

After receiving the welfare check request, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office found a dead man that had been shot in the face, inside a closet. The deceased man in Bexar County was determined to be the husband of the woman in police custody in Calhoun County.
