WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – Snowtown USA making it’s return this year with the big opening day ribbon cutting set for Monday.
It’s being held right here at Watertown’s park circle. This is the 4th year the event has taken place, and the first year that it’s taking place over the span of two weeks. Snowtown co-chair David Daily says they’re excited to kickoff the park circle freeze and hopefully the weather will play nice this year.
After that kickoff, it’s onto preparing for the next event- snow sculpting at Dry Hill. Daily says they’re packing snow for that tomorrow morning up on Dry Hill and they could even use some help with the preparations…
