PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – With snow moving off to the east, arctic air is filtering into the Mid-Ohio Valley Sunday evening.
Breaks in the clouds will allow for relatively warmer air to get pushed away from the surface, replaced by the much colder arctic air coming in Sunday evening.
Temperatures will get down to the single digits Sunday night, with a low of around 5 degrees. Wind chill values will drop below zero early Monday morning…
