COLUMBUS, Ohio — A woman has been charged with reckless homicide after she says she accidentally shot a man during an argument in the early hours of Monday morning.
Cierra Locke-Shelby, 30, was arguing with Tremain Russell when she says while holding a gun and waving her arms, the gun fired. Russell, the father of Locke-Shelby’s child, later died at the hospital.
