Injured deer at Indiana petting zoo dies after another deer, 2 chickens died

FRANKFORT, Ind. (WISH) — A deer found injured last week at a central Indiana petting zoo has died.

Previously, zookeepers at the Frankfort Parks Department’s TPA Park Aviary & Petting Zoo reported a deer and two chickens had died in a barn, and another “distressed deer” was found Thursday during routine checks of the animals.
