The Salvation Army is going strong in Bozeman after 127 years — and plans to continue doing so in a new location in the middle of town.
The organization is planning to move from its downtown building to a facility on North 19th Avenue this year that will include a gym, multi-purpose chapel and childcare facility with room for 75 kids.
Amber Ohl, the Bozeman captain for the Salvation Army, said a recent feasibility showed childcare is a huge need for Bozeman residents.
