LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KSNV) — UPDATE: According to Sheriff Joe McGill with the Nye County Sheriff’s Office, authorities located the plane but have exhausted all possibilities of getting to the site.
He says that a helicopter won’t be able to get to the location near Mount Jefferson for several weeks or maybe until the spring.
