RUTHERFORDTON — Rutherford Regional Health System welcomed three new specialty care providers, Tara England, FNP-C; Michael Mahaffey, ACNP-BC; and Jennifer Robbins, PMHNP-BC, to its provider network, according to a press release from the health system.
