A Greenville County jury convicted 53-year-old Matthew Timothy Moon on January 16 of Burglary-First Degree, Threatening the Life of a Public Official, Malicious Damage to Personal Property Person and Assault and Battery-Third Degree, according to Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor Walt Wilkins.
The Honorable Patrick C. Fant III sentenced him to 35 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
