SPRINGFIELD, OH — Four men from Chile have been indicted in connection with a series of burglaries targeting multimillion-dollar homes across Southwest Ohio, authorities announced on Tuesday. The men, arrested earlier this month, are accused of being part of an organized burglary operation that has been under investigation for several months.
A Clark County grand jury indicted the suspects — Jordan Francisco Sanchez, 22; Alexander Esteban Huaiquil-Chavez, 24; Bastian Alejandro Morales, 23; and Sergio Andres Cabello, 38 — on multiple charges, including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, participating in a criminal gang, and possessing criminal tools.
The men were arrested on January 10 and are currently being held at the Clark County Jail. The indictments follow an extensive investigation by the Southwest Ohio Burglary Task Force, which was established by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost in response to a wave of home break-ins in Hamilton County…
