SAVANNAH, Ga. – The remains of a man found in the Savannah River in Chatham County, Ga., have been identified as Ron Hagar, who was reported missing from Bienville Parish just days before Christmas.
Chatham County Police Department Public Information Officer Betsy Nolen said Hagar’s remains were found in the river on Jan. 5 near Ursula Island.
