Uxbridge Superintendent Michael Baldassarre arrested on drunken driving charge

UXBRIDGE — Uxbridge Superintendent Michael Baldassarre is facing a drunken driving charge after police allege he drove 100 mph and nearly caused a crash on Interstate 495 in Bolton over the weekend.

Baldassare, 51, of Concord, was arraigned in Clinton District Court Tuesday on criminal charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent driving, and civil infractions for speeding and a marked lanes violation.
