(FOX40.COM) — A crash along northbound Interstate 5 north of Mokelumne City closed all lanes of traffic on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol South Sacramento station.
CHP said that a vehicle crashed into a semi-truck that was stopped on the right-hand shoulder of the freeway. The vehicle and the semi-truck trailer were then enveloped in flames.
