ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Officers say a 43-year-old Port St. Lucie man was struck and killed Tuesday morning by a semi-truck on Interstate 95.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) report, the Freightliner semi-truck was driving south in the center lane of I-95 at 10:15 a.m. when it passed a stalled vehicle on the west shoulder.
