LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County School District Police Department K-9 officer faces charges after the unexpected death of a K-9.
The charges submitted against James Harris, 54, are two misdemeanor charges related to leaving an animal unattended in a vehicle and failing to provide proper air, food, shelter, or water to an impounded animal, according to CCSDPD.
The charges stem from an investigation from November 2024 following the unexpected death of CCSDPD K-9 Marley.
