On top of Tuesday’s snow, on Wednesday, Beaumont had some of the coldest temperatures its seen in over a hundred years.
National Weather Service Lake Charles Meteorologist Donald Jones said preliminary data show Beaumont reached 11 degrees on Wednesday morning — the coldest temperature in the city in just under 120 years.
