School Closures Prompted By Power Outages

The Rim of the World Unified School District has faced an unusual series of challenges for the 2024-2025 school year. The school closures during the Line Fire have unfortunately set the tone for the duration of the year, with a heavy loss of instruction days before the mountain has even experienced any significant winter weather. For those keeping track, the district has had to close school due to the Line Fire for eight days, power outages for four days, and one snow day.
