MINNEAPOLIS — A Chisago County man will spend over 33 years in prison for the death of his wife and shooting at a sheriff’s deputy .
On Wednesday, a Chisago County judge sentenced Mike Carda, 41, to over 23 years in prison for second-degree murder, and 10 years and 11 months for second-degree attempted murder. The sentence also includes over $6,000 in restitution.
