CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – In the past few weeks, we have become accustomed to snow, ice, and freezing temperatures.
Andrew Fischer, who’s from Proctorville, Ohio, said he and his wife go down to Alabama for a few months in the winter to avoid the cold and snow, but it caught up with them.
