Attorney General Todd Rokita secured a $303,702 judgment against RICH-MONS Group LLC, the landlord of The Pointe Apartments in Plymouth, Indiana, over severe safety violations. The Marshall County Circuit Court ordered the landlord to pay $214,902 in restitution to former tenants for mental anguish and actual losses, $13,800 to cover investigation costs, and a $75,000 civil penalty for violations of the Deceptive Consumer Sales Act.
