WEST JORDAN — Police have arrested a 19-year-old documented gang member in connection with a fatal shooting over the weekend in West Jordan.
Tayden Bentley Huntsman was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail early Thursday for investigation of aggravated murder, witness tampering, obstruction and 11 counts of illegal discharge of a firearm.
The investigation began Sunday when police were called to a disturbance outside a house near 8000 South and 6400 West at about 3:45 a.m. Responding officers arrived to find Hugo Lucero Perez, 19, had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital but died from his injuries…
