District Attorney’s office admits letting man with sixth DUI arrest out was a mistake

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A man accused of his sixth DUI here in Utah should be behind bars, but a mistake made by the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office let him go and now he’s in Atlanta.

44-year-old Brady Snelgrove has a long history of DUIs and a prior felony conviction. He was arrested on March 2 suspected of his sixth DUI.

After Snelgrove was released, he boasted about it on Facebook sharing KUTV’s article and in another post saying he was quote “free as a bird.”…
