BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A basement fire on E Hoffman Street was quickly contained with no injuries Thursday morning, according to the Baltimore Fire Department Department.
Fire officials say that at 9:20 a.m., BCFD was dispatched to 2414 E Hoffman Street with the report of a dwelling fire. Upon arrival, responding units found heavy smoke and fire from the basement of the residential dwelling. The fire became contained and under control at 9:38 a.m.
According to BCFD, the Red Cross was notified to assist the displaced residents. Only one residential dwelling was affected by the fire and no reported injuries or hospital transports…
