TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – There’s a big step forward for redeveloping the old Saint Anthony Church in Toledo.
As that process happens, the money is still not there to finish the project. Although there’s optimism that the money can be found and get construction started next year.
Six years after it was spared the wrecking ball, the old Saint Anthony Church on Nebraska and Junction Avenue remains empty. Redevelopment has not started. Its owner, the Lucas County Land Bank, has taken a major step by approving a plan to try and hire a construction manager…
