TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Mobile home park residents are coming forward with tales of outrageous rent hikes after the I-TEAM reported on a Toledo Mobile Home Park where rent increased 77% in less than a year.
“I struggle to buy groceries. I never thought I would say that in my entire life, but I struggle to feed myself,” a resident at Toledo’s PK Mobile Home Community, who asked to remain anonymous, told 13 Action News.
