BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Birmingham police are investigating a body found on the campus of Jefferson State Community College Thursday morning.
After 9 a.m., Birmingham police were called out to the 3000 block of Jefferson State Parkway.
A person gathering cans discovered the badly decomposed body on the edge of the parking lot by the recreation center, according to police.
