ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – The Albany Police Department is searching for a suspect who is believed to have covered up evidence in a November shooting.

APD’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Zacobe Alexzae Ford, 26, who is wanted for tempering with evidence and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

According to officials, Ford encouraged, advised, and planned with other defendants to prevent the collection of material evidence in the shooting case that occurred in the 300 block of Thornton Drive on the morning of Nov. 24…
