Snow Total Roundup!

The wintry weather from Sunday night and Monday morning is in the rearview mirror, and snow totals are starting to filter into the weather center!

As expected, the highest totals were south and east of the Capital District, in places like the Taconic Range, the Catskills, the Berkshires, and Southern Vermont.

  • Austerlitz (Columbia County): 9.2″
  • Pittsfield (Berkshire County, MA): 8″
  • Sand Lake (Rensselaer County): 7.5″
  • Savoy (Berkshire County, MA): 7.5″
  • Readsboro (Bennington County, VT): 7″
  • North Adams (Berkshire County, MA): 6.5″
  • Tannersville (Greene County): 6.5″
  • Hoosick Falls (Rensselaer County): 5.5″
  • Manchester (Bennington County, VT): 5.5″

Much of the Capital District and Mohawk Valley wound up with a solid accumulating snowfall, but totals mostly fell short of a half foot.

  • Rensselaer (Rensselaer County): 6″
  • Castleton (Rensselaer County): 5.5″
  • Albany (Albany County): 5″
  • Schenectady (Schenectady County): 5″
  • Latham (Albany County): 4.5″
  • Westerlo (Albany County): 4.5″
  • Delmar (Albany County): 4.25″
  • Fonda (Montgomery County): 3″
  • Clifton Park (Saratoga County): 3″
  • Milton (Saratoga County): 2.5″
  • Amsterdam (Montgomery County): 2.5″

Meanwhile, totals were far lower up north at the edge of this storm system.

  • Fort Ann (Washington County): 2″
  • Whitehall (Washington County): 1″
  • Wells (Hamilton County): 1″
  • Hartford (Washington County): 0.5″
  • Bolton Landing (Warren County): 0.5″
