• 6:43 p.m. — BCSO responded to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 20 and Highway 34 near Philomath. The preliminary investigation determined that a 72-year-old Tangent woman driving a 2012 Mazda 3 had crashed after driving straight ahead instead of following the roadway around a large median.
