Brig. General Stanley “Stan” Lane Pruett, retired, 81, of Arab died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024, after a courageous 15-year battle with cancer.
Mr. Pruett was born Oct. 24, 1943, in Gadsden to Jewel and Bumon Pruett. He was married to the former Carolyn Marie Roach for 62 years.
