Albert “Randy” Cantrell, 78, a lifelong resident of Arab died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice.
Randy was born Aug. 19, 1946, in Marshall County to Albert Gurtis Cantrell and Mattie Lee Weaver Cantrell. He was married to the former Doris Carolyn Dunn for more than 56 years.
He was a 1965 graduate of Arab High School, worked as an iron worker and used those skill at Hyco Alabama LLC where he eventually retired as forklift operator and welder.
