It was a tough night on the road for the Guntersville Wildcats basketball team Thursday when they took a 60-46 loss to Albertville despite a strong showing in the first half.

“Albertville is just a good team,” Wildcat head coach Brett Self said. “Their coach does a great job and we knew coming in that it was going to be a tough matchup. We’re still not playing a complete game and we do best in spurts. We didn’t have much of an offensive rhythm which is on me. I need to get these guys where they have more opportunities offensively. But we’ll continue to learn and get better as we go on.”…
