Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a two-car collision on Colie Drive near Barbara Road in Wheaton on Sunday night.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, one vehicle crashed into a nearby Pepco substation building, causing structural damage and a water leak. The area has been cordoned off, and PEPCO and WSSC have been notified.
