An Aurora man has died following a multi-vehicle traffic crash in Aurora Monday afternoon. The Aurora Police Department says the accident occurred at the intersection of North Farnsworth Avenue and Mountain Street at approximately 12:55.
Preliminary details indicate that a white Nissan Kicks was traveling eastbound on Mountain Street and attempted to cross North Farnsworth Avenue when it was struck by at least one of two vehicles heading northbound. One of those vehicles was a Ford Explorer, which rolled over upon impact, and pinned the 27-year-old driver inside. Personnel from the Aurora Fire Department extricated him from the vehicle and transported him to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
