Sabor a Cafe Steakhouse, which features Latin American cuisine and live entertainment, is having its grand opening Saturday night, Nov. 9, at 6873 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Niles, just across the suburb’s border with Chicago.
The venue has been completely remodeled, with music themed artwork on the walls, a bar, a dining area and a stage.
Owner Elio Erraez spent several months gutting and fixing up the two-story building, which over the years has been home to a variety of businesses, including a Polish restaurant at one time.
