A Penn State trustee who is facing possible removal from the trustee board says the latest action against him is all due to an alleged joke he told from a well-known movie in front of other trustees.
Now, he’s asking a Centre County judge to issue an injunction, blocking him from being removed from the board until the issue is resolved.
