DES MOINES, Iowa — A Des Moines woman charged after her 4-month-old baby was seriously injured has pleaded to a lesser charge.
Court records show Zarah Morrow’s infant suffered rib fractures while in Morrow’s care last year. Morrow was charged with child endangerment and neglect or abandonment of a dependent person.
