What caused the Metronet outage in Des Moines?
The service interruption was resolved as of 7:15 a.m. Wednesday morning, Metronet told the Register.
A software update to the network overnight resulted in an outage, according to a statement from Scott Shapiro, Metronet’s vice president of communications.
“We apologize for any service interruptions experienced by our customers,” Shapiro told the Register over email.
